BRIDGE Waitlist Privacy Notice
This notice describes how THE BECOMING handles information submitted through the BRIDGE early-access waitlist. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice or a representation that every law applicable to every visitor has been independently evaluated.
Who collects the information
THE BECOMING is responsible for the information submitted through the BRIDGE waitlist. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to TheBecomingLine@gmail.com.
Information collected
The waitlist collects only your full name, email address, country, city, account type (Business or Creator), primary platform or business industry, consent choice, consent date and registration date. The form may also record its language and the fixed source “Bridge Website.” It does not request identity documents, payment information or banking details.
Why the information is collected
THE BECOMING uses this information to manage BRIDGE early access, understand whether applicants are businesses or creators, organize interest by market, contact waitlist members about BRIDGE availability and administer consent or removal requests.
Consent and withdrawal
Joining requires an affirmative, unchecked-by-default consent to receive BRIDGE updates. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing TheBecomingLine@gmail.com with the subject “Withdraw BRIDGE consent.” Withdrawal will not change processing that occurred before the request was received.
Retention
BRIDGE waitlist information is retained for no more than 24 months from the date of registration and may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed or when you submit a valid deletion request. Any information that must be preserved to comply with a binding legal obligation will be isolated from ordinary waitlist use and handled only for that obligation.
Technical providers
THE BECOMING uses trusted website hosting, infrastructure and database service providers to host, secure and operate the website and store waitlist records. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver those technical services and under their applicable contractual and privacy terms. No transactional email provider is currently connected to the BRIDGE waitlist.
Security
THE BECOMING uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect waitlist information, including restricted administrative access, server-side validation and controlled database access. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting TheBecomingLine@gmail.com. THE BECOMING may need to verify that a request relates to the correct email address before acting. The exact rights available may depend on where you live.
No sale of waitlist information
THE BECOMING does not sell BRIDGE waitlist information. Joining the waitlist does not authorize using the data for unrelated profiles, marketplace activity, payments, matching or other future BRIDGE features.
Children
The BRIDGE waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not designed to collect information from children. If THE BECOMING learns that a child submitted information, the record will be deleted.
Changes to this notice
If the waitlist, its purposes or its technical providers change, this notice will be updated before materially different processing begins. The revised notice will display a new effective date on this page.
Contact and project inquiries
When you submit the Contact form, THE BECOMING collects the information you provide: your name, email address, company name if supplied, selected service and project message.
This information is used only to review your inquiry, respond to you, understand the service requested and manage the resulting professional conversation. Submitting a Contact inquiry does not join the BRIDGE waitlist.
Contact inquiries are processed through THE BECOMING's website infrastructure and stored using Supabase as its technical database provider. The Contact form does not request payment-card information, government identification or banking credentials.
If secure form submission is temporarily unavailable, the website may offer the option to send the inquiry through your own email application. In that case, transmission is also subject to the privacy and security practices of your email provider.
Terms
Service scopes, timelines, ownership and payment terms are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
